1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to candidates using the CertifySafe Academy learning, assessment and certification system.

2. Account Registration

  • Candidates must provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Each learner account is personal to the registered candidate.
  • Account credentials must not be shared with another person.
  • Candidates must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate.

3. Course Access and Participation

  • Course access is subject to valid enrolment.
  • Candidates must complete required learning activities themselves.
  • Access may be limited according to course, enrolment or certification rules.
  • CSA may temporarily restrict access where required for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.

4. Assessment Requirements

  • Assessments must be completed by the registered candidate.
  • Exam and assessment rules must be followed.
  • Unauthorised assistance, impersonation or deliberate misuse is prohibited.
  • Assessment results may be reviewed where integrity concerns arise.

5. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only after applicable completion and assessment requirements are satisfied.
  • Certificates may be subject to validity and expiry periods.
  • CSA may correct, suspend or revoke a certificate where justified.
  • Certificate authenticity may be checked through CSA verification processes.

6. Acceptable Use

Candidates must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
  • Interfere with Moodle, assessment or verification services.
  • Misuse course content or restricted materials.
  • Submit false identity, training or certification information.

7. Intellectual Property

CSA course materials, documents and system content may be protected by intellectual-property rights and must be used only for their intended training purpose unless otherwise authorised.

8. Amendments

CSA may revise these terms where necessary to reflect changes in services, legal requirements or certification processes.
